New event in Houston at The Council on Recovery.

I will not be able to make this even. Hopefully it may be helpful to yourself or someone you know.

Below is the information copied from The Council on Recovery's email announcement.

Saturday, July 8  |  10:00 - 11:00AM
Have you ever wondered how codependency shows up in your relationships?
In this lecture, the audience will gain knowledge about the continuum of codependency, how it manifests in relationships and the role codependency plays in addiction and recovery. We will also explore opportunities to demonstrate the power of addiction and how people recover.
Join us for our free monthly lecture and Q&A series that focuses on the disease of addiction and its inevitable impact on the entire family. Sponsored by the Center for Recovering Families, the lecture series is facilitated by the Center's Director Lori Fiester, LCSW-S, MAC, CIP. The series is open to all families, loved ones, and members of our community who seek up-to-date, accurate information about addiction and related issues.
